Background

Antz World Bhd is a company limited by guarantee and it has a non-profit objective of providing under-served children within our community to be trained and exposed in the area of arts with technology.

Antz World envisage to harvest the potential of arts and culture for the development of lives of our children and connecting communities locally through them.

We Create Programmes.
We strive to inspire children to pursue the arts through progressive and sustained training in Visual Arts and Craft Arts. Our training programmes are open to children aged 6 to 12 from diverse background and they are currently conducted at various locations. We believe financial circumstance of each child shall not be a hindrance for him/her to pursue arts.
We Connect Communities.
We try to work with various communities groups or community based organisations to create social impacts and waves in the communities we operate in.

We believe we need to be in the communities, in order to connect communities for new localization to effectively take place.

Tan Sri Dato’ Mohd Ibrahim Mohd Zain
Board Member
He has over 40 years of broad-based senior management, decision making and significant executive leadership positions in various industries in public listed companies as well as private companies. He is also currently the Chairman of Yayasan Arshad Ayub.

Tan Sri is a Social Development specialist focused on systems strengthening He was an academician that believes education is key in human and nation development. He was the Head of School of Business and later as Dean of Academic Affairs. Subsequently he was appointed as a Council Member/ Director, a position he had held until October 2006.

In the corporate scene, he was once the Chief Executive Officer of Amanah Internationeudal Finance Berhad, Amanah-Chase Merchant Bank Berhad and Oriental Bank Berhad; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Setron (Malaysia) Berhad, Chairman of Bank Kerjasama Rakyat (M) Berhad, Pan Malaysian Holdings Berhad, Pan Malaysian Industries Berhad, Pan Malaysia Capital Berhad, Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad and Kawan Food Berhad. He was also Deputy Chairman of Metrojaya Berhad, a Director of K & N Kenanga Berhad and AMMB Holdings Berhad.

He is also currently the Chairman of Yayasan Arshad Ayub is to strengthen human capital development in Malaysia through financial assistance and scholarships to the needy and most deserving persons, irrespective of race, creed and religion, so as to enable them to achieve excellence in education and/or to acquire skills, at tertiary and any other level either in the country or abroad.

Tan Sri believes that the AnTz can improve the social capital through the avenue of arts and culture by embracing today’s emergence technologies.

Ameer Bin Shaik Mydin
Board Member
Ameer believes in engaging with the community, he is a staunch environmentalist and is also a Director in Gunung Ganang Corp Sdn Bhd, an environmental and project management turnkey service provider focusing on environmentally friendly and sustainable practices.

Ameer is a dynamic corporate player and a business development professional with over 30 years experience and an extensive business network covering Malaysia and South East Asia.

Ameer has assumed many roles under the Group including CEO of IT System Implementors Sdn Bhd and Director of Business Development at CSM where he identified, cultivated and negotiated new opportunities for the company.

In 2008, Ameer was appointed an Executive Director for Censof Holdings Berhad and subsequently as CEO of T-Melmax in 2012 to oversee the progress of the company. In 2014, he was appointed as the Group Managing Director of Censof Holdings Bhd overseeing all its subsidiaries. Ameer takes a hands-on approach with all things concerning business development, group strategy, human resource and corporate affairs.

He is also an avid mountain climber and has even made it to the Mt. Everest base camp. He was also previously leading the Kiwanis Club Daerah Petalining, a registered club under Kiwanis International which is a Non-Profit Body primarily serving Downs Syndrome Children.

Alwin Ting
Chief Financial Officer
His past working experience has exposed him to the area of budgeting, financial planning, auditing, accounting, financial analysis, investment evaluation and financial management.

Alwin holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and started his career with KPMG Desa Megat in 1991. He went on to join SJ Securities Sdn Bhd and HLG Securities Sdn Bhd before being offered to join Spectrum Asset Management Sdn Bhd as the Acting General Manager in 1999. He has been instrumental in starting the company’s fund management operations by securing its fund management license.

In 2004 he joined an international medical support company Johnson Medical International Sdn Bhd as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. While there, he was responsible in strategizing and planning the direction of the company by drafting financial and investment budgets for the group which has branch and representative office in Singapore, India, and China.

Ang Hsin Hsien

Armed with her experience in IT and business, she is geared to lead the AnTz to achieve its overall objectives. Hsien currently contributes to homes in Klang Valley.

Hsien is one of the pioneer in Censof; being one of the few women that saw the evolution of IT to its current digital transformation across the industries. As an entrepreneur, she Formally trained in Business Management and Finance, she has over 25 years of experience managing multiple portfolios simultaneously – the business management, operations, as well as strategic business. Currently, she serves on Board of Censof and Dagang Nexchange (Dnex) in both main Board and Audit Committee.

She heads the Group Business Development of Censof Holdings Berhad where she serves as the Executive Director with focus on customer support and developing new market opportunities for the Group, including overseeing the operations of Knowledgecom Corporation Sdn Bhd, in expanding its specialised professional up-skilling services. She is also a technology evangelist and works with partners to get the most out of new technology such as cloud, big data analytics the Internet of Things (IoT) and sees that digitalisation Industry 4.0 as the way forward for the country.

Jennie Ho

Her past working experience has equipped her with expertise in different areas within the industry from projects management, accounts management to providing consultative services to clients across the Asia Pacific region.

Jennie graduated from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman Kuala Lumpur with a Bachelor of Information Technology (Communications and Networking) and has a nine years of career experience in market research industry. She started her career in Ipsos Sdn. Bhd. in 2010 with an expertise in data processing in various market research projects.

From 2013 to 2018, she joined another two international market research companies – Mintel Consulting (M) Sdn Bhd and Toluna (M) Sdn Bhd where she took up the Regional Coverage Manager & Senior Account Manager roles respectively.

In Mintel, she was primarily managing a group of field associates in the Asia Pacific region and ensuring adherence of all APAC countries to the global methodology. In Toluna, she was managing & servicing clients across the Asia Pacific region and encouraging adoption of Digital products as part of the industry’s changing trend.
